Review
RAR Repair Tool is an application that can help you deal with corrupted files. It only works with RAR files. These files are transmitted and stored for long periods of times, and it is not rare for them to get corrupted or damaged. RAR Repair Tool allows you to recover files stored in corrupted RAR files. This application works with both RAR files and SFX archives (self-extracting). There isn't a size limit for files that you can recover. RAR Repair Tool has been tested with files of 4gbs of size and more. It also supports recovery of multi-volume files, such as those numbered r01, r02, etc. To improve this application, the developers have added drag-and-drop support, so you can simply select the files that you want to recover and drop them somewhere. The GUI is really simple and allows for fast operations. There is a catch to the shareware version of this application. It will show you the files that can possibly be recovered, but those files will not be stored on your hard drive. To actually test the functioning of the application you have to buy the full version.
